High Mountain Classics is perhaps the world's foremost restorer of pre-war Bugattis. When I first visited, they were in Berthoud, CO, a town of just over 5,000 residents. They work on all sorts of old exotica, and have moved to bigger digs in Ft. Collins.
The promoters of the event claim it is "the premier all-British car meet west of the Mississippi." It features Austin-Healey, Jaguar, Lotus, MG, Morris Minor, Rolls Royce, Sunbeam, Triumph, TVR, and many other marques.
The Colorado Concours is an annual event showcasing nearly 500 rare sports and classic cars, early collectibles and the latest exotics provided by local and regional car clubs.
Rocky Mountain Vintage Racing is a non-profit club that focuses on the organization, production, and sanctioning of vintage car races in the Rocky Mountain region. Their members comprise over 500 eligible cars over thirty years old.
A meeting of various local British car clubs, I don't know if this was a recurring event or not. First time I saw an Elise.
The Copperstate 1000 is one of the premier vintage car road rallies in North America. In 2006 and 2007 I was there to see the cars set off on their journey. The launch is a bit like a Concours de Elegance, except that after the show, you get to see and hear (and smell!) all the cars accelerate away from the venue.
The Pima Air & Space Museum is a large non-government funded aviation and space museum with various aircraft in hangars and spread over 80 acres. In addition, they operate bus tours of the 2,600-acre Aircraft Boneyard at neighboring Davis-Monthan Air Force Base.
There's much more to the park than shown here. Our visit was limited to the Quarry Visitors Center. We'll certainly be back for more.

Hundreds of cars parked closely together and large crowds make it nearly impossible to get pictures of cars. Instead, we have pictures of parts of cars.
Luke Days is a special event held at Luke Air Force base every other year. The two-day show is a unique combination of aerial demonstrations, military aircraft ground displays, exhibits, and attractions. These pictures are from 2005 and 2007.
