| Route Description | At Bear Lake, skirt the east shore 0.1 miles (0.2 km) to the Bierstadt Lake/Flattop Mountain Trail. At the Flattop Mountain Trail junction (0.3 miles; 0.5 km), turn left. At the junction with the Flattop Mountain Trail, stay to the right on the Fern Lake Trail. One and a half miles further, the trail crosses Mill Creek. Leave the trail here and follow the creek for 0.2 miles, passing Marigold Pond (not Lake) and another pond before reaching Two Rivers Lake. |
