The Records first U.K. LP Shades in Bed is a pure pop masterpiece featuring the near-perfect singles "Starry Eyes" and "Teenarama." The album was retitled The Records and released in a modified form in America. The first pressings came with a bonus 12" entitled High Heels, which featured a collection of four covers. [Originally released in 1979, Shades in Bed was issued on CD in 2002 with bonus tracks.] -- Chris Woodstra (allmusic.com)
