Gordon Haskell decided to visit the West Coast of the USA in Fall 1998 to play a handful of pub dates.
I saw him at what was then St. Stephen's Green in Santa Monica CA. There were about 10 people in the audience. After the show I bought him dinner and he told me his life's story. He also gave me a homemade CDR of these demos he had made hoping for any label interest. Sadly he got none at the time. But of course two years later he was shopping with his mother at Sainsbury's and sudden inspiration hit. The rest is history. I am sure that 20 years later he would have no problem with me sharing this with the Dime community.

You will recognize the titles from professionally recorded versions on Gordon's subsequent CDs, except for "Alligator Man." But the simple demo versions here have their own charm.I have no information about personnel.
