Notes by Jay:
Digitally remastered using a custom built, Dual-DAW, nicknamed Bertha, by jashley@deadacated.com.
Completed on January 15, 2005. The source is purported to be a 1st gen cassette off the master,
however, the master type off the soundboard was not given.
Spectral analysis appears to show a low gen source, however, the frequency response rolls off at around 16khz,
which seems low for a source that is only two gens from the soundboard.
This could just be due to a low quality cassette deck being used for the transfer or degradation of the tapes over time.
The source also shows a small amount of audio compression or limiting, which did not affect the remastering process.
All in all, this is a decent source and produced good results.
Enjoy!
