Icarus at the Edge of Time is based on a stunning book by the world-renowned theoretical physicist Brian Greene. Featuring a spectacular science fiction film created and directed by AL and AL, with a brand new score by Philip Glass, this North West premiere is performed live by the BBC Philharmonic Orchestra and conducted by Duncan Ward.
Discover the boy who challenges the awesome power of a black hole and the unyielding forces of Einstein’s theory of general relativity. Narrated live by professor Brian Greene.
Icarus at the Edge of Time is a HOME production with BBC Philharmonic. Co-presented with Contact, as part of Queer Contact Festival 2016.

Recorded live off air from the original BBC Radio Three broadcast during Hear And Now on 27th August 2016. Source was the BBC HLS 323kbps 48kHz internet stream.
Audition was used to remove the other material broadcast, track, boost levels by 5bB and convert to 44.1kHz. FLAC tag done using mp3tag and fingerprints generated using TLH.
